Wales international Gavin Henson and his singer fiance Charlotte Church have split after the couple only recently got engaged.
The couple got engaged just six weeks ago when Henson flew Church in a privately chartered helicopter to the Cornish coast from the garden of their £1.2m home in St Brides Major in the Vale of Glamorgan then proposed to her with a heart shaped two-carat diamond ring.
Church’s publicist Moira Bellas confirmed the 24-year-old former "Voice of an Angel" has split from 28-year-old ex Welsh rugby star
said on behalf of Church:"They have separated but I cannot say any more than that." Bellas told the Western Mail.
The split has been reported on radio, TV, newspapers and websites around the world.
